S. 149: A bill to provide effective criminal prosecutions for certain identity thefts, and for other purposes.
- Requires the Attorney General to make use of all resources of the Department of Justice to prosecute the perpetrators.
- The bill also requires the Attorney General to report on the progress of implementing the bill within 9 months after the bill is enacted.
